Abdurraquib is quickly become one of my favorite authors with his poetic storytelling and blending of different themes. Do yourself a favor and read anything by him.

🎤The Hard Thing About Hard Things by Ben Horowitz

While this is written from the perspective of a founder and about running a company as an executive, there is a ton here that will benefit all managers. I love how Ben integrates his individuality into his work, is willing to question his own choices, and takes the responsibility of people readiness seriously.

🐟Company of One by Paul Jarvis

Focus on quality and value instead of maximum growth. Profit from the start and grow slowly. Growth is a choice than often requires giving up freedom and agility. Not just for entrepreneurs but for anyone who wants to bring those values into their work.
