Frankl’s approach to therapy focused on helping patients find meaning in their lives. His philosophy survived and evolved during Frankl’s time as a prisoner in Nazi concentration camps. He observed how those who found meaning in their suffering there were able to live with more humanity and purpose.

Taking life as it comes, doing your duty, and focusing on what you can control.
