But you may get to a time when that simply doesn’t scale to the number of people you manage or work with. Sharing how you think and about yourself helps a broader audience get to know you.

Your work only matters if people know about it. This is uncomfortable. If people know about it, they might not think it is all that great. Sharing on social helps inoculate you from this fear, which will help you sell yourself. Like it or not, that’s how things work.
